First class cusdtomer service

I signed up for a 7 day trial just to try and edit one document which turned out to be write protected so I couldn't do it anyway. I then made a number of mistakes when I tried to cancel my trial and was billed for the first month.
Customer services were exceptionally helpful in getting my account closed and my first month refunded. First class service which I am confident would also apply to those who havbe accounts.

Figma

Now that Adobe has acquired Figma, it is only a matter of time before ridiculous, deceptive and fraudulent fees will be charged. Adobe is filth, scum and trash. I will not pay the biggest trash in the universe to use Figma.

DECEPTIVE DESIGN! Adobe is making people pay for cancelling their FREE trial. I will never support this company.

They don't even deserve 1 star

They don't even deserve 1 star. Customer support shouldn't even be called support. They provide a lack of support and a headache thru the entire process. I've never worked with such unprofessional individuals. I keep getting tossed from agent to agent in a never ending 9 month ordeal with no end in sight! I hope you never have an issue with Adobe because if you do you're not stuck with that issue. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. and yeah it needed all caps, it's been that bad. Godspeed.

Taking advantage of people

Wanted to cancel as realised I'm still paying from a couple years ago. Just missed renewal date for 2 plans and they wanted £100s to cancel. Told them ive been in and out of hospital with heart palpitations and stress on the brink of a heart attack and thats the best they could do. Still paying for it for absolutely nothing. What a disgusting company!!!

I spent an hour on customer support…

I spent an hour on customer support simply to cancel the auto-renewal of my annual subscription. Borderline fraudulently behavior. They seem to attempt to prevent you from canceling. Shocking from such a large company.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. Just scammers. They trick you into signing up for an annual membership automatically after a 14 day trial then if you try to cancel even a day late they want £100 cancellation fee for something you don't even want to use.

Disgusting behaviour.

Useless software - complete rip-off

When a software charges the exorbitant amount of £15 per month, you generally expect it to be at least slightly better than free services offered online by dodgy looking websites. Not only does Adobe not provide that, it also prevents you from doing work properly by throwing a host of useless pop-up boxes at you ("please wait while your document is being prepared for", "we're reading your document and converting everything to text for absolutely no reason and making everything look uglier", etc) and even makes your PDFs look worse than they did when you started. Complete waste of money - please do not purchase.

Adobe Scams Users

I have entered the free 7-day trial offered by Adobe. However, I got no reminder this was in place, and Adobe started charging me monthly thereafter, with a yearly contract I cannot get out of without an expensive cancellation fee.
I have wasted so much money because of them.

Q:

Is Adobe Systems a scam or a legit company?

A:

You'll eventually end up paying for a service that you won't be able to use. While they're unfortunately a legit company. They're customer service is garbage and they're support team doesn't know how to fix their own software.

Answer This Question

Q:

Why doesn't Adobe Flash Player/Adobe Shockwave get along with my FireFox Browser? This is a major problem and it has cost me hours in attempting all known fixes as seen of FireFox and Adobe Help pages. I was able to ignore this issue before I "upgraded" to Windows10, but now, every site I attempt to access that still displays Flash freezes up for a minute or so before I get Adobe's Crash announcement. I will not abandon FireFox, though this does not seem to be an issue in Chrome, IE or the new Edge browsers. What, if anything, is Adobe willing to do to solve this long term problem?
